Returns & Exchanges

• As all pieces are made to order, returns and exchanges are not available once the order has been confirmed.
• In the event of an error made by SOIE in fulfilling the order, the issue will be resolved appropriately at SOIE’s expense.

 

الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• نظرًا لأن جميع القطع تُفصل حسب الطلب، لا تتوفر خدمة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد تأكيد الطلب.
• في حال وجود خطأ من SOIE في تنفيذ الطلب، سيتم معالجة المشكلة بالشكل المناسب وعلى نفقة SOIE
