شروط وأحكام الطلب

أولاً: تأكيد الطلب

• يتم اعتماد الطلب بعد استلام جميع القياسات المطلوبة بشكل كامل ودقيق.
• يبدأ تنفيذ الطلب بعد سداد المبلغ كاملاً.
• جميع القطع تُنفذ حسب الطلب، لذلك لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو استرداد المبلغ بعد بدء التنفيذ.
• تقع مسؤولية التأكد من صحة المقاسات والتفاصيل والخيارات المختارة على العميلة قبل تأكيد الطلب.

ثانياً: القياسات ودليل المقاسات

• يرجى تزويدنا بالقياسات التالية بدقة: الطول، قياس الصدر، قياس الخصر، قياس الكتف، وطول اليد.
• في حال كانت القياسات المقدمة غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة، قد يختلف المقاس النهائي عند الاستلام.
• لا تتحمل SOIE مسؤولية أي اختلاف ناتج عن معلومات أو قياسات غير صحيحة أو غير دقيقة تم تقديمها من قبل العميلة.

ثالثاً: سياسة التعديلات

• سيقوم مندوب التوصيل بالانتظار لمدة 5 دقائق عند التسليم، وذلك للتأكد من ملاءمة المقاس.
• في حال كان التعديل ناتجًا عن خطأ من SOIE، سيتم إجراء التعديل مجانًا.
• في حال كانت الحاجة إلى التعديل ناتجة عن القياسات أو المعلومات المقدمة من العميلة، يتم تقييم القطعة أولًا وتحديد تكلفة التعديل بناءً على نوع التعديل المطلوب.
• سيتم إشعار العميلة بقيمة التعديل والحصول على موافقتها قبل تنفيذ أي إجراء.
• يحق لـ SOIE قبول أو رفض طلب التعديل في حال وجود ضغط على الطلبات أو كثرة الطلبات.

رابعاً: مسؤولية العميلة

• تقع مسؤولية مراجعة جميع تفاصيل الطلب، والقياسات، والخيارات المختارة قبل تأكيد الطلب على العميلة.
• تأكيد الطلب يُعد إقرارًا من العميلة بصحة جميع البيانات والقياسات والتفاصيل المقدمة.

خامساً: الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• نظرًا لأن جميع القطع تُفصل حسب الطلب، لا تتوفر خدمة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد تأكيد الطلب.
• في حال وجود خطأ من SOIE في تنفيذ الطلب، سيتم معالجة المشكلة بالشكل المناسب وعلى نفقة SOIE.

سادساً: أحكام عامة

• تحتفظ SOIE بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال عدم اكتمال البيانات أو القياسات المطلوبة.
• تأكيد الطلب يعني موافقة العميلة على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.

 

Order Terms & Conditions

1. Order Confirmation

• An order is confirmed once all required measurements have been provided completely and accurately.
• Order production will begin once the full payment has been received.
• All pieces are made to order; therefore, orders cannot be cancelled and payments cannot be refunded once production has started.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that all measurements, details, and selected options are correct before confirming the order.

2. Measurements & Size Guide

• Please provide the following measurements accurately: height, bust, waist, shoulder, and arm length.
• If the measurements provided are inaccurate or incomplete, the final fit may differ upon delivery.
• SOIE is not responsible for any fitting issues resulting from incorrect or inaccurate information or measurements provided by the customer.

3. Alterations Policy

• The delivery representative will wait for 5 minutes upon delivery to allow the customer to check the fit.
• If an alteration is required due to an error made by SOIE, the alteration will be provided free of charge.
• If an alteration is required due to measurements or information provided by the customer, the item will first be assessed and the alteration cost will be determined based on the type of alteration required.
• The customer will be informed of the alteration cost and must approve it before any alteration is carried out.
• SOIE reserves the right to accept or decline alteration requests during periods of high order volume or workload.

4. Customer Responsibility

• The customer is responsible for reviewing all order details, measurements, and selected options before confirming the order.
• Confirming an order constitutes the customer’s acknowledgment and acceptance that all provided information, measurements, and selected details are correct.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• As all pieces are made to order, returns and exchanges are not available once the order has been confirmed.
• In the event of an error made by SOIE in fulfilling the order, the issue will be resolved appropriately at SOIE’s expense.

6. General Terms

• SOIE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if the required information or measurements are incomplete.
• By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
